With Magic Move, customers do not need to turn their apartment into a warehouse of boxes before moving day. We provide full-service moving: our team arrives, reviews the volume of belongings, packs household items, prepares furniture, loads the truck, transports everything, and unloads it at the new address.
In practice, self-packing almost always takes longer than expected. You open one closet and find clothing, books, documents, cables, and several items no one has used for years (a familiar situation). Our team works room by room to maintain order and keep hallways clear.
What Belongings Do We Pack?
We pack clothing, shoes, dishes, books, linens, toys, decorative items, small appliances, and electronics. Fragile belongings are prepared separately, while heavy items are divided between smaller boxes that can be carried safely.
Our team also prepares furniture. We protect surfaces and corners and secure doors and drawers. When a bed, wardrobe, or table cannot be carried out in one piece, Magic Move specialists can disassemble it and reassemble it after delivery.
Are Moving Boxes Included in the Price?
No. Moving boxes are not included in the moving price and are charged separately. Why? Because two apartments of the same size may require completely different amounts of packing material.
We estimate the household volume in advance and discuss the required boxes, packing paper, tape, and protective materials. Customers pay for the supplies their move actually requires rather than a standard package that may be too large or too small.
What Should the Customer Keep With Them?
Documents, medications, cash, bank cards, keys, jewellery, and small valuable items should stay with the customer. We also recommend preparing a separate bag with a charger, water, clean clothing, and first-night essentials.
This prevents an evening search through ten boxes for a toothbrush or the correct cable (helpful tip: these items always seem to disappear first).
Why Does Professional Packing Reduce the Risk of Damage?
Proper packing is not simply about using more paper. The box must be the right size, empty spaces should be filled, and the item’s position inside the truck must be considered.
Dishes should not sit beneath heavy appliances, monitors must remain separate from unsecured furniture, and sharp components should not touch upholstered surfaces. Our team considers these details before loading begins, based on practical moving experience.
How Do You Book a Move With Full Packing?
Contact Magic Move and tell us how many rooms the apartment has, what furniture needs to be moved, and whether there is a balcony, storage locker, or additional storage area. Room photos or a short video can help us estimate the volume more accurately.
After reviewing the details, we will prepare a personalized quote, list packing material costs separately, and confirm the moving date. On moving day, keep your important belongings with you and show our team what needs to be transported.
